Before You Visit
Before you visit Light My Fire, it is a good idea to gather some background information so we can help you find the perfect product for your home. If you have an existing fireplace, feel free to bring in digital pictures so we can discuss your options. Also, consider some of the following questions:
- What is the size of your room?
- What is the height of the ceiling?
- Is the room open to other rooms?
- Are you working in between doors/windows or any other restrictions?
- Is the existing/future fireplace location on an exterior wall?
- What is below the fireplace location?
- Where is the nearest gas appliance?
- What material is on the exterior of your home?
- What is your main reason for purchasing a fireplace? Heat? Aesthetics/Convenience?
- For existing fireplaces, what is the length of the hearth? Brick Bump out dimensions? Fireplace opening dimensions?
